Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability. Any cancellation charge and the deadline for cancelling without charge will be stated when your appointment is confirmed.

If access is delayed or the client is unavailable at the confirmed time, the session may need to be shortened or treated as a late cancellation.

If we must change or cancel an appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative arrangement where available.

An appointment ended because of inappropriate conduct is not eligible for a refund, as explained in our Professional Service Policy.
